Fleet Options (per vehicle, not per person): • Mercedes-Benz EQE 300 / E-Class: For 1–2 travellers with 2 checked + 2 carry-on bags. From NZ$135. • Mercedes-Benz V-Class Business Van: For 3–5 travellers with 5 checked + 3 carry-on bags. From NZ$165. Pickup Options: • Hotel / Residence Meet & Greet – Complimentary luggage assistance and direct door-to-door service. • Airport Curbside Pickup – Ideal for frequent flyers and executives seeking the fastest departure option. All rates are per vehicle and inclusive of GST, airport fees, and tolls. Advance bookings are recommended for peak hours and airport returns.
Cancellation Policy
Rates & Inclusions: All rates are per vehicle (not per person) and inclusive of GST, airport fees, and tolls. Prices may vary depending on travel distance, service type, and vehicle selection. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon full online payment. For Priority Zone or VIP Curbside Pickup, advance notice is strongly recommended to ensure vehicle and chauffeur availability. Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a 50% fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Date or time changes are subject to vehicle availability. Child & Booster Seats: Available on request (subject to availability). Please note these must be pre-booked at the time of reservation. Service Area: Transfers operate across Auckland City, North Shore, West Auckland, and select destinations throughout the North Island, including Hamilton, Rotorua, Taupō, Te Arai, and Whangārei. Additional Information: All vehicles are operated by professional chauffeurs. Complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi are included in every service. Travel times may vary based on traffic and weather conditions.
