Welcome to Black Car Transfers. By booking with us or using our website (www.blackcartransfers.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
 

1. Services Provided

Black Car Transfers provides private transfer and chauffeur services within Auckland and surrounding regions. All bookings are subject to availability.
 

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or by phone.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • We accept payments via secure third-party providers. Black Car Transfers does not store or process your credit card details directly.
     

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations by Customer:

    • More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund (if prepaid).

    • Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to appear at the agreed pickup location and time, no refund will be provided.

  • Cancellations by Black Car Transfers: If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
     

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must provide accurate booking details (pickup address, time, flight number if applicable).

  • Passengers must ensure they are ready at the scheduled pickup time.

  • Eating, smoking, and consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are not permitted in our vehicles.

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Black Car Transfers accepts no liability for lost or damaged items.
     

5. Vehicle & Driver Safety

  • All our drivers are licensed, professional, and fully insured.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • Black Car Transfers reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger’s behavior is unsafe, abusive, or unlawful.
     

6. Delays & Liability

  • We will make every effort to arrive on time. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for allowing adequate time for their journey, especially for airport transfers.
     

7. Changes to Bookings

  • Any changes to your booking (time, date, pickup details) must be requested at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
     

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Black Car Transfers is not responsible for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to delays outside our control.

  • Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
     

9. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
