Fleet Options (per vehicle, not per person): • Mercedes-Benz EQE 300 / E-Class Sedan: For 1–2 travellers with 2 checked + 2 carry-on bags. From NZ$420. • Mercedes-Benz V-Class Business Van: For 3–5 travellers with 5 checked + 3 carry-on bags. From NZ$490. Cancellation Policy
Rates & Inclusions: All rates are per vehicle (not per person) and inclusive of GST, airport fees, and tolls. Prices may vary depending on travel distance, service type, and vehicle selection. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon full online payment. For Priority Zone or VIP Curbside Pickup, advance notice is strongly recommended to ensure vehicle and chauffeur availability. Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a 50% fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Date or time changes are subject to vehicle availability. Child & Booster Seats: Available on request (subject to availability). Please note these must be pre-booked at the time of reservation. Service Area: Transfers operate across Auckland City, North Shore, West Auckland, and select destinations throughout the North Island, including Hamilton, Rotorua, Taupō, Te Arai, and Whangārei. Additional Information: All vehicles are operated by professional chauffeurs. Complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi are included in every service. Travel times may vary based on traffic and weather conditions.
