Choose from our premium Mercedes-Benz EQE 300 sedan or V-Class Business Van, both designed for comfort and privacy with tinted windows, bottled water, Wi-Fi, and climate control. Our chauffeurs are experienced with studio schedules, red-carpet logistics, and high-profile client coordination, ensuring every transfer runs on time and without stress. Each booking is tailored to your production or itinerary needs and can include multiple pickups, location transfers, waiting-time coordination, or extended hourly hire for full-day shoots. Key Service Options: • Talent & VIP Transfers (press tours, interviews, appearances) • Production Crew Transport (multi-stop coordination) • Studio, Premiere & Red-Carpet Logistics • Corporate Media Events & Award Functions Duration: Flexible based on schedule or production requirements Pickup: Custom pickup from studios, hotels, or private residences across Auckland Rates: • From NZ $150 per vehicle (1–2 travellers) – Mercedes EQE 300 Sedan (City Transfers / Hourly Hire) • From NZ $172.50 per vehicle (3–5 travellers) – Mercedes V-Class Van (City Transfers / Hourly Hire) • Hourly Charter Option: From NZ $150 + GST per hour (3-hour minimum for productions) All rates are per vehicle and inclusive of GST, tolls, and bottled water. Inclusions: -Private luxury sedan or van with professional chauffeur -Bottled New Zealand spring water -Wi-Fi on board -Flexible multi-location coordination -Confidentiality guaranteed Add-Ons (Optional): -Production Coordination Service (+NZ$75 flat) – driver liaises directly with production manager or assistant to manage location timings and pickups. -Extended Wait-Time Package (+NZ$50/hour) – ideal for shoots, red-carpet events, or delayed schedules. -Kiwi Snack Pack (+NZ$15 per guest) – premium New Zealand snacks for long filming or press days. Pricing & Policy: All rates are per vehicle and inclusive of GST, tolls, and bottled water. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to service date. Add-ons must be confirmed 72 hours before pickup.
Cancellation Policy
Talent & Media Transfers Policy Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed once full details, including pickup times, locations, and contact information, have been provided and accepted by Black Car Transfers. For media or production bookings, we recommend confirmation at least 72 hours in advance to ensure dedicated vehicle allocation and coordination. Confidentiality: Client privacy is our top priority. All chauffeurs and staff maintain strict confidentiality regarding client identity, schedule, and locations. No photographs, videos, or identifying information will be shared without prior written consent. Scheduling & Wait Times: Our team understands that production schedules and media commitments can change unexpectedly. Complimentary wait time of 15 minutes is included for all standard pickups. Additional wait time will be charged in 30-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate. Extended wait-time packages can be pre-booked. Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the service date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur up to 50% of the booking fee, while same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Vehicle Requests: Specific vehicle requests (e.g., Mercedes EQE 300 sedan or Mercedes V-Class van) are subject to availability at the time of booking. For multi-vehicle or large-group transfers, coordination fees may apply depending on route and timing complexity. Production Coordination: If the booking includes a Production Coordination or Event Liaison service, our chauffeur will work directly with your production manager, assistant, or planner to manage logistics, location timing, and communication flow. Conduct & Equipment: Clients and accompanying crew are expected to treat vehicles and drivers with care and respect. Equipment or luggage must be handled carefully to avoid damage. Any accidental damage or cleaning requirements may result in an additional fee. Payment Terms: All rates are per vehicle and inclusive of GST, tolls, and bottled water. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged through a production company or agency account. Liability: While every precaution is taken to ensure a safe, reliable, and timely service, Black Car Transfers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
