Whether it’s a wedding ceremony, corporate gala, or milestone celebration, our professional chauffeurs ensure every arrival is seamless, elegant, and on time. Choose from our premium Mercedes-Benz EQE 300 sedan or V-Class Business Van, both immaculately presented and equipped with bottled water, climate control, and optional décor such as wedding ribbons or floral trims. Our discreet, uniformed drivers are experienced in coordinating multiple pickups, photo locations, and venue transfers, so you can relax knowing every detail is managed with care. Each booking is tailored to your schedule and can include return transfers, multi-stop itineraries, or waiting-time options for photography and receptions. Key Service Options: • Bride & Groom Luxury Transfer (one-way or return) • Bridal Party & Guest Transfers (multi-vehicle coordination available) • Corporate or VIP Event Transport • Special Occasions – Anniversaries, Birthdays, Red-Carpet Events Duration: Flexible based on event schedule Pickup: Custom pickup from hotels, venues, or private residences across Auckland Rates: • From NZ $220 per vehicle (1–2 travellers) – Mercedes EQE 300 Sedan (City Transfers / Hourly Hire) • From NZ $290 per vehicle (3–5 travellers) – Mercedes V-Class Van (City Transfers / Hourly Hire) • Hourly Charter Option: From NZ $150 per hour (3-hour minimum for events) All rates are per vehicle and inclusive of GST, tolls, and bottled water. Inclusions: -Private luxury sedan or van with professional chauffeur -Bottled New Zealand spring water -Wi-Fi on board -Flexible pickup coordination -Optional décor (ribbons or floral trim available by request) Add-Ons (Optional): Event Coordination Service (+NZ$75 flat) – driver liaises directly with planner or photographer to manage timings and flow Decorative Ribbons / Floral Package (+NZ$40) – white satin ribbons and optional floral décor for wedding vehicles Kiwi Snack Pack (+NZ$15 per guest) – iconic New Zealand treats for long event days or photo stops Pricing & Policy: All rates are per vehicle and inclusive of GST, tolls, and bottled water. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to event day. Decorations or add-ons must be confirmed 72 hours before pickup.


Cancellation Policy

All rates are per vehicle, inclusive of GST, tolls, and bottled water. Booking Confirmation: A 25% deposit is required to secure wedding and event bookings. Final balance is due no later than 5 days prior to the event. Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received. Cancellations & Reschedules: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3–6 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of the booking or no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Vehicle Presentation & Décor: Wedding ribbons or floral décor must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. All decorations are subject to availability and are limited to exterior application for vehicle safety. Personal décor must be approved prior to installation to ensure vehicle integrity. Service Coverage: Chauffeurs are available for coordination with photographers or event planners upon request. Waiting time between locations or venues is included up to 15 minutes; extended waiting is chargeable hourly. Travel outside Auckland may incur an additional distance fee. Liability & Conduct: Black Car Transfers reserves the right to refuse transport to passengers under the influence or displaying unsafe behaviour. In the unlikely event of vehicle issues, a replacement vehicle of equal or higher standard will be dispatched promptly.
